Adam and his support staff welcomed our pup Lola with open arms and an open mind. Lola is a rescue who is high energy and has high anxiety. Adam was able to get her to follow his lead on walks, eat from our hand (to build trust) and was able to teach her some manners. We paid for the package that gave us a detailed report of areas of concern and ways to address those concerns at home. Adam also gave us support as ‘parents’ to Lola by explaining what it means to be a strong owner. Although we live in Surrey, we travel to Fort Langley for all our training and boarding, since we trust Adam and his staff with our pup! Also, they recently updated their booking system and booking boarding is very simple and user friendly!
