No trainer should ever answer any specific training or rehabilitation questions over the phone without first observing the behaviours for themselves and discussing a families concerns, options and scientific explanations. However, after the completion of our initial consultations, there is no reason why this can’t be done as often as needed to ensure success.
Virtual Support
With modern technology there is no need to book an appointment for every question or concern. I am happy to answer most questions for no cost over the phone (call, text or video) or by email. This saves you time and money by giving you the option for getting quick answers when you need them most.
Always Available
Technology allows us to meet at almost anytime, day or night. However, if you desire an in-person booking or if I feel that it would be best, we can certainly discuss that option as needed. Almost all questions can be answered immediately for you with no charge and no future commitment.
The Fine Print
The only restriction to this promise comes when enough time has passed that my memory may be fading or our last work together may no longer be relevant. Therefore, if we have not done any work together for a period of 90 days, a 1-hour in-person consultation session may be required in order to get back on track and begin doing more work together.
